Plague Strikes should only appear on melee weapons. Our team is aware of it appearing on Blackguard’s Bow and a fix is in the works!

When did you salvage them? These items should no longer be salvageable as of December.

We have fixed the following issue. Please restart New World and download the new client (Steam Build ID: #8483061).

• Gypsum and Tuning Orbs no longer have long cooldowns

We will have this fix in very, very soon, yes!

This is currently working as intended. To clarify, the note in the patch is related to making sure when you switch that there are no issues ranking up in general, not transferring your rank from one faction to the other!
