This is something the team is working on. We currently offer it for players who haven’t accessed their character for 180 days (as mentioned above) but I don’t have an ETA for it for anyone who doesn’t qualify for it at this time.

Okay, we’ve found the source of the issue. The version of Adiana in Edengrove is moved during the quest “Brimstone Under Siege,” so if you just completed “A Selfless Nature” and then went to Brimstone and completed “Brimstone Under Siege,” you’ll be unable to pick up Adiana’s next quest which leads to the Azoth Staff T5.

Currently suggest finishing the Main Story up to T5 Azoth Staff before heading to Brimstone.

We are working on a fix to correct the issue for anyone for whom she’s already vanished.

Downtime for the PTR has been extended for an additional 45 minutes. Thank you!

We are currently investigating and working on fixes to some of the houses in Everfall. While we are preparing to incorporate the fix in an upcoming update, please refrain from placing housing items in your Everfall houses. All furniture placed in Everfall houses between the Brimstone Sands release and our next update may become stuck or misplaced after the fix is applied.

We will update this notice once we have more information as to when this fix is coming.

It looks like you may have finished “A Selfish Nature” and gone to Brimstone Sands before getting your Tier 5 Azoth Staff. If that’s the case, you should reach out to our Support team to see if they can assist you further.

Yes - I’m not sure this is the right place for this if I’m understanding your message. I’m going to go ahead and close this thread since it’s a bit out of our scope.

You should be able to get in while factionless by getting the quest in Great Cleave.
