Thank you for sharing this report, and I'm really sorry for the inconvenience caused there. We rebooted the game worlds to coldfix an issue recently but since then we are aware that players are experiencing crashes on launch. The team has investigated a possible cause of this and is just working on testing whether the theory is correct. I'll update you when I know more.
