[2021] Login Issues - 4th March

Reposting this as the news portion of our website is down, and without checking the comments of the previous thread you couldn't see that info!

Edit @ 20:15 GMT: Work is still continuing to restore our login services - we have no significant milestones to report just yet, but good progress is being made. We hope to have more substantial news to share soon.

Edit @ 20:40 GMT: We are happy to report our login servers are now coming back online and all services should be restored as normal.

We'll continue to monitor the situation going forward.

Edit @ 21:43 GMT: It appears some users were experiencing problems logging into OSRS Mobile via Google Play/Game Center accounts. This should now also be resolved!

We're experiencing some technical difficulties rather than it being anything caused by external attacks.

Hoping we won't have to wait too much longer now, I need to get my daily Corrupted Gauntlet completion!

It's a fantastic game! I'd love to go back and experience it for the first time again :)

The issues aren't being caused by external attacks such as a DDoS, which is great because it means we can fix it, just taking more time than we'd like unfortunately :(

Heya, yeah there are still issues at the moment. We're working hard to get them resolved and will share more info when we can, but for now you'll have to wait until you're able to log in again... Sorry :(

Honestly it just takes time. I was awful (I still am) but after a while I started getting used to it - I think getting prep down is the key so you can go against the Hunllef more often. Don't panic when you're in the room and the tornado things appear, take your time and stay and full HP/Prayer.

You'll be a pro in no time!

If we were actually the Justice Squad, which mod would play each character do you think?

I am the same, still panic during that phase when there is less room to move around. It's REALLY helpful to start the encounter when Hunllef is in one of the corners of the room, as it means you have more safe spaces to run around from the tornadoes.

We did yeah, sorry about that. The CM team are mostly responsible for setting the Q&A up, and we've been busy trying to make sure we can keep on top of the server outage issues. We'll make up for it next week!
