[2019] not able to connect to server

Ok so, can anyone help me on this, I'm mind boggled now, as to why this game, will not go past into the "connecting to server". All im getting is "this is taking longer than expected. Please check our discord server for more info." (with the server address), I have tried the following :
A) Restarting my computer, to no avail
B) Turned windows defender off in the registry so its perm off, turned off all monitoring systems alike (Advance system care) turned anti virus off as well, to no avail
C) restarted my router, to no avail
D) Dmzed my computer,. to no avail
E) Put wargaming center in admin mod, and compat8, and 7 no avail I have literally tried everything that was suggested in the tech-help, well almost everything, but still, i have no idea, whats going on or why it just will not connect to the server oO and I just recently purchased the game, never even created a charater yet >>

Now I'm re-installing the game, to see if that fixes the issue. No, im not using the steam version of the game, I'm using wargaming center. Anyone know a fix? I have nothing running to interfere with the program, only type of monitoring type of programs I use is advance systemcare and memory reduct but their turned off for this process.
