We have seen your reports that Pagan Online appears to you as being constantly in maintenance. We have been in Early Access since April 18 and available in Asia since June 18, and our servers are only offline for one hour with every patch. Based on your reports and after some investigations, we believe that the issue is related to our servers' IP address being somehow blocked from reaching you. We kindly ask you to please share the following information with us so we can take action and hopefully restore your access.
- Share who your internet server provider is (so we can contact them)
- Share your IP address with us
- Let us know us using a VPN solves your issue
We do not have a Chinese language speaker on our team so we hired a translator to help with this communication. We are a small but passionate team and really want you to be able to enjoy Pagan Online. Thank you so much for your help in this endeavor!
