We are targeting a live deployment around 18:00 UTC. Until then, Pagan Online will remain up, although you may have to push through to log in.
We're also aware that our Party and Matchmaking service is not working as intended right now. While we plan to address CO-OP, we're focusing on Lobby and Connectivity at this moment so we can get rid of these issues now, and reestablish full service for all of you.

After some deep dive by the dev team, we have identified two issues: one with our Lobby servers, and one affecting connectivity between battles. Both of these are very specific, and also new to us. This test has been critical to finding them. Now we need to fix them.
