Lavianga's Spirit causes your spells to not cost mana during effect.
Your Frostbolt is socketed in Kitava's Thirst which has a chance to trigger socketed spells when you spend 100 mana, because you're not spending mana during Flask Effect your Frostbolt will not trigger.

1. Ensure you are both logged into the Path of Exile website when trying to access the trade site.

2. Clear your cookies/cache and ensure you have no third-party applications installed on your browser or use a private/incognito mode.
