I was wondering, before poe2, is it possible to have a sale on all previous core support packs? I joined the game recently and missed a few mtx that I am interested in.
Each supporter pack was marked as exclusive to a specific time period and we know that a number of our supporters really value that exclusivity. This means that we wouldn't be able to bring any past supporter packs back.

Harvest will return in a slightly different form as part of 3.13. Don't forget to check out the livestream announcement on January 7th for more details.
I can imagine a scenario where we'd surprise you with the announcement but not with only a week between the announcement and the launch. You'll definitely know when it's coming.

I'm sorry to ask, but... Are the old core packs availaible for upgrade? I want to buy Veritania pack so bad, but only recently could mana ge tu buy Crusader's... Or did the old core packs just vanished? (from being able to buy/upgrade them)
They're no longer available in the store but if you email our customer support team at [email protected] they might be able to look into this for you.

I'm the type of customer who likes a bit more realistic looking mtx and I haven't seen anything like that for years :-(
when I say "a little bit more realistic" I mean something like:
- Verdant Armour Pack
- Bear Armour Pack
- I can even live with the Sphingx Armour Pack

Unfortunately, we aren't able to put physical merch into our console supporter packs but we've priced the packs slightly differently to reflect this.
We are expecting Heist to become core Path of Exile content but we recommend waiting until the 3.13 announcement on January 7th to find out the (relatively low) number of changes it will receive for its core implementation.
If I remember you guys mentioned that a merch shop was in the works during ExileCon. Is that still something you guys are working on?
We don't have any updates to provide about this just yet but we are looking at potential ways to distribute the remaining merch we have from ExileCon.

Bex. I'm not sure how feasible this is. But can I suggest that you guys might get more sales on these packs if each armor set came in tiers of 60/100/160/240? Instead of locking certain armor behind certain prices? That way people could pick the armor they want AND the tier they want without having to choose armor based on price.
