Ask them to engage in posting replies in other parts of the forums first then have them try again. Some new posts might need to be moderated first but they would get a message about that if so.

All PC servers will come down for the following update on Wednesday, August 10, at 6:00am PT (3:00pm CEST). Downtime for this update is expected to last up to 3 hours. -- Misc. Changes, Fixes, and Additions

Mission pools now reset every 8 hours, instead of every 24.
Surveying the Land mission is now completable on Oshur using Trident bases.
Replaced "All Access" icon on Missions and Depot with updated Membership iconography.
Made adjustments to nudge laser guided, lockon, and proximity-lock projectiles back into alignment. Future adjustments may be needed.
Increased the overall tracking speed and maximum velocity of Defector's Hummingbird.
Oshur Seaposts now have Pain Fields in the spawn rooms.
Fixed an issue where Outfit Wars enlistment button would show as lit, but unclickable, despite already being enrolled in a war.

At the time of this posting 9PM PDT. we want to know what your experiences are playing on Connery during high population counts this weekend. Please reply to this thread with the following at the time of your Connery latency check in. Remember, we're looking for reports during high population on Connery. Press the TAB key while in game to give us the ping info below. If the latency has gotten better for you than the past couple weeks / days then it's ok to report your positive findings too. Thanks! Outfit Shoutouts - Promote your outfit with us!

Hey everyone, we need to push the first match of Outfit Wars back by a week to get some gating technical issues cleaned up. This adds an extra week to Enlistment with the first match now starting the 26th, and a PTS preview of Nexus next weekend if all goes to plan. #planetside2

Definitely doesn't seem to be reporting what it should be reporting. Got what we need now though, thanks all.

Hey everyone. If you've experienced the Data Sync issue, there's a file called ".DownloadInfo.txt" in your client directory. Could you paste the contents of that file into a repo somewhere and send me the link? We'd like to see which files are failing to validate. #planetside2

Was able to disable continent bonuses while on Nexus, so it'll end up being a more clean experience in the end. We'll update the outfit wars article to reflect as much. #planetside2
