[2022] my resize tools are disabled and i do not know how to fix it

Hello! When scaling items, you need to make sure all pieces in a group are selected.

>"Edit Group"
>CTRL + A to select all pieces in the group
>Toggle Advanced Editing
>Scaling Edit should be available
