Sounds like you've tried some of the obvious steps, so my suggestion would be: - Uninstall the game - Head to %localappdata% and delete the TslGame directory - Install the game - See if it now launches

If still having difficulties, check Event Viewer to see if we're getting any output there. Additionally, within %localappdata%\TslGame\Saved\Logs - see if there is a new TslGame.log created when you are trying to open.
