In order to isolate the Issue, I invite you to provide us with the following :

👉 What platform is your friend playing on ?

👉 When your friend is the one inviting you, is the same problem happening ?

👉 Are there any error codes displayed when the Issue happens ?

Is he on PlayStation 4 or 5? Are you able to invite him, since he cannot invite you?
