It's the second week that there's no time-limited/weekly challenges in Ubisoft connect for this game.
is this a temporary issue or a permanent change?

In order to isolate the Issue, I invite you to let us know if the problem still happens after checking the steps of our dedicated connectivity troubleshooting guide (checking for VPNs and updating Windows, for example).

This will help check if a sync problem was interfering with the challenges.
