Without fail the game crashes at the title screen. I have done literally everything suggested by technical support. I am out of ideas need help.

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700K CPU @ 3.60GHz  3.60 GHz
Installed RAM 32.0 GB
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Graphics Card NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070

Hi, @Masked-Disciple! Sorry to hear about this, could you please let me know the error code you're receiving when the game crashes? You can take a screenshot and share it here if you'd like. Also please let me know the steps you've tried so far so I know what's already been attempted.

@masked-disciple Thank you for specifying the previous TS. Have you uploaded system files (msinfo and dxdiag) to a support ticket? If so, please post the ticket # so I can review these diagnostic files and offer further guidance.

If you have not uploaded these files, I will create a ticket for you and provide steps on how to send those files to us. Thanks 🙂

Please go to support.ubi.com and sign in to your Ubisoft account. Go to my cases, and find the ticket number. This is your social ticket number. Please attach the msinfo and dxdiag using the process linked. Please notify me when you have uploaded these files.

Hello claud1u111, thank you for your post. Running the game as an administrator and enabling full permission rights of the games .exe file and launcher can resolve a lot of issues including game crashes.

Following this step, should not make your game crash at startup, or there may be something else causing this issue.

If you are having problems with crashes at start-up, please let us know in a new thread and we will do our best to advise.

For now, we will close this thread, as the OP is being advised over a private support case now.
