I am experiencing random crashes, sometimes every 1-2 rounds, sometime every 3-5. But it is making even casual play with my friends impossible so I cannot even really get into ranked due to it as well. I have been all over forums and various websites looking at potential solutions. I experience a freeze for a few seconds then a crash to desktop. Sadly I can't seem to view the crash log and when I do it's empty so I cannot really specify what the issue is. Thus far I have tried a ton of fixes. I updated all my GPU drivers, I used Vulkan mode, I ran as administrator. I have reinstalled and verified files too. Ontop of that I have disabled all anti-virus and background programs, and turned off spatial sound for my headset. I'm genuinely out of ideas and options for a way to fix this hence why I am coming here. Any ideas on how to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated, thanks!.

@ImBadDontCare Hey there thank you for raising this issue to us. Sorry to hear about how frequent this crashing has been. As a next step please check for any updates to your Operating System.

Running Windows Update will install the latest versions of DirectX and .NET Framework that are compatible with your operating system.

1. Press the Windows key and the R key on your keyboard at the same time.
2. In the Run window that appears, type control update.
3. Click the OK button.
4. Click the Check for Updates button.

Please let us know if you do not see any improvement.

Hey there @ImBadDontCare, sorry I'm late! Just to check, can you recall roughly when this crash started occurring?

Also, I noticed that you have an Nvidia GPU and I am aware of one workaround that players have confirmed to help with similar technical issues. It might be a long shot, but can you try reverting your driver version to 516.59 or earlier? (This is just temporary and if you don't see an improvement you can update your driver again) If you don't mind, please test rolling back your driver and let me know if you see any difference. Either way, I appreciate you checking that for me and I'll be happy to assist you further as needed!🐙

@Lie-nus Thank you so much for that info! Out of curiosity, have you noticed if this issue with the Nvidia drivers affects any of our other games that you play?

@Lie-nus Wow yeah this is definitely widespread. No pressure to get that done, I just figured I'd ask in case you had noticed it with any of our other games so I could get it all reported right away. You've already helped us out so much and again I truly appreciate the effort!
