[2022] Game saying driver is not a supported version despite being up to date.

I've just merged a couple of threads about this. Please double check the driver version is up to date first of all.

If it is, please can you make sure the computer is trying to launch the game with the correct GPU and follow the steps in the article here to set the dedicated GPU to launch the game with.

If you have an integrated graphics chipset built into the processor, it may be trying to launch with that instead of your dedicated GPU.

Hey @shaggytoph , thanks for this - I can certainly appreciate that having to swap drivers all the time is a faff, and I'd like to investigate this further. Can you tell me which two drivers you are swapping between?

In addition, it'd be useful to collect a couple of system files, described here in this article. Can you generate those two files for me, and then let me know once that's done? I'll be able to create a support ticket you'll be able to use to securely send those two files across to me.

Please let me know if I can clarify either of these two requests.
