I purchased the React Tech Bundle for Rainbox Six Extraction on the 5th of January about half past eight at night but it still hasn't shown up as usable within the game.

I reported this on the Ubisoft Help page and was told where I could find the items in game, I already knew where they should be because that's where I went to get to the store to buy them.

I responded to the ticket including screenshots showing the items weren't available to me and haven't heard anything since. It's now 7 days since I made the purchase and still don't have the items.
