This happened before as well (which in that case, the Tormentor is not mission objective and it is a multiplayer scenario also in SF) but I don't have the video for that.

Thanks for reporting this to us. I can confirm that the team are aware of this issue and are actively investigating this at the moment.
To assist with their investigation can you confirm with regards to the above video do you know whether yourself or other teammates did anything to or attacked the Tormentor in a certain way that caused it to get stuck that you noticed?
You also mentioned you've encountered this mission on another occasion, was this on the same place on the map or was it a different location?
