Every time I try to open the game, the battle eye opened and then the game crashed.

Did you receive an error when this occurred? If so do you have a screenshot? I'd be glad to take a look! Also, please try verifying your game files and let me know if anything changes.

@llustrious @Adorablood @AKD1907 @XionSeto @Zombwars77 I've seen similar reports of this crash happening for other players, and here is what has worked so far:

  • setting the primary gpu to run Rainbow Six Extraction
  • a clean install of your gpu drivers (AMD or Nvidia) to make sure the latest is on your system and installed without issue.
  • disable all unnecessary background applications before launching the game.

Sorry to hear about your issues with crashing/freezing.

If you have attempted all of the steps suggested above by Ubi-Plush and the issues have persisted please also check this thread, in particular the the post by Ubi-Keo.

If after doing so you are still experiencing issues please let us know and we can create a support case for you to submit your msinfo and dxdiag files to us for further investigation.
