Hi,
When I start the game I get the following error;

RainbowSix Extraction Vulkan Error
---------------------------
The installed driver version Catalyst , driver package build id is not supported, The minimum supported driver version is Catalyst 21.5.2. The game will now exit. Please update your driver and restart the game.
---------------------------
OK  
---------------------------

However, my Catalyst version is the latest version (21.10.2).

Can you advise on the best way to fix this without downgrading the Graphics Driver?

@acekilla61 Hey there, have you tried to do a clean reinstall of your graphics drivers? You can find the instructions on how to do so for whichever graphics card you have:

AMD
NVIDIA

@flagflechter Understood, and I'm sorry to hear you're having these difficulties. Please reach out to our Support Team via our Support Website, Twitter DMs, or Facebook PMs with copies of your MSINFO and DXDiag, as well as a description of the issue (you can even send a link to your post here). Once received, our teams will be able to look into this further with you.

As previously advised, have you already tried performing a Clean Reinstallation of your drivers?

If so, could you please open a case on our Support Site and attach your DxDiag and MSinfo system files?

Sorry to hear you're having some issues getting Extraction to launch properly.

Can you take a screenshot of the exact error message that you're seeing when you launch the game?

If possible, I would also like to know which specific graphics driver you have installed. You can check that through the AMD Catalyst software if you have an AMD card, or the Nvidia GeForce Experience software if you have an Nvidia card.
