when I click on the UBISOFT CONNECT button in game it does nothing, but I can access everything on my desktop app

At the moment, we can only provide support in this forum in English. If you are able to use a translator to type in English, we will be happy to help you.

If you scroll down the page to where it says 'Contact Customer Support' and click on it, this should create a case where an agent will respond to you in your chosen language

In the meantime hopefully one of our other Spanish speaking players may be able to help you with your query.

For any games or content purchased from the Ubisoft Store, it can take upto 24 hours for this to appear on your account, you will not need a code to activate this.

Can I asked which retailer and website you purchased the game from please?

I haven't seen any other reports of this, but can you just double check if you have the Ubisoft Connect in-game overlay enabled, as I wonder if it could be related to that being turned off?

You can find this in the General tab of the settings in Ubisoft Connect.

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear that you are being logged out.

Can you please confirm if this instance happens when you're in-game? Does your game close when it happens? Or does it happen when your launcher is running in the background while not playing games on your PC?
