Hello LEG_EA.SHIBA., thank you for getting in touch about your Twitch Drops and inability to connect the platforms together.

It has been reported that some players have had issues linking these accounts on and off, we are currently having more of these issues reported to us on forums after the introduction of the new Road to SI Twitch Drops were announced, so far we have provided a workaround in this thread - https://forums.ubisoft.com/showthrea...g-rewards-quot

Please have a look at the link above and try the two workarounds provided.

Would you be able to let me know if you had any previous Twitch usernames linked to your Ubisoft account in the past that may also be preventing you from linking a new account by any chance? We are trying to investigate possible reasons this may be affecting certain players.

Do you have one copy of the game where the drops are usually received or are do you have the game on other platforms too?

So tell me how someone can expect that something went wrong when it didn't show error and on twitch side it said it's linked.

This particular thread is in relation to players not being able to link their Twitch accounts with Ubisoft account, however your account is already linked therefore you may be experiencing a slightly different problem here.

So that we could investigate your matter further, can I ask you to reach out to us via one of the following channels and also send us full and uncropped screenshot showing your rewards claimed on Twitch, where your username would be clearly visible as well:

1. Support website
2. Facebook
3. Twitter

Once this is received, we will have a look and get back to you at the earliest possible convenience.
