So, in the last few days I've been kicked out of ranked for random reasons that I've never seen before. This week is like the 4th time or something that this is happening. It is always "Excessive Loading Screen Time" or something along the lines. Then I restart the game and I try to reconnect, It won't let me, I get that error code [4-0xFFF0BE25]. Then as soon as the match ends, it magically works again, and I'm suspended and lost my points. Also the crashes, these past few days it's been crazy, I've been crashing every few ranks. Has anyone been getting these issues as well?

Hey @qunleashed, thanks for reaching out to us here, and welcome to the forums! I'm sorry to hear that you have been experiencing this behavior the last few days. When this first started happening in-game, were there any updates or new installations on your PC? Do you use VPN software? If so, I would check to see if it is disabled while playing, as this may interfere with the connecting to the Rainbow Six Siege service. I would also suggest going through our connectivity steps as well. As there might not be any issues with the internet connection, this guide will help check for any other interference that might be occurring between you and the Rainbow Six Siege service. However, please keep us posted if you have already tried this and still run into the same behavior.

In order to investigate this error code further & narrow the issue down, would you please let me know if you were disconnected during a specific point in your match prior to relaunching Rainbow 6 Siege? Also, please try this connectivity troubleshooting guide, as this may help resolve any common problems causing this error code.
