There has been a real issue with griefers and throwers in ranked matches. Now I understand this is probably just a copper player issue but I am really fed up with it as a copper player.

These players use all sorts of techniques to throw the game. They almost never team kill. The real goal for them is to get you kicked. Be careful not to throw a grenade or use any device that they can kill themselves on. They will all run to it and commit suicide so you are banned and not them.

I continually report these players (often the same players) with Ubisoft customer service and I am assured it will be reviewed. I do not believe it is ever reviewed. The same players will show up in game the next day. I should not be hard to see that these people are up to no good when I post a video and if you look up their MMR it is below -4500. that should be an obvious indication something is up.

The only solution is make sure you are always in a 5 stack. But even then you will end up playing against them and waste a half hour of your life because it is not fun to play against them and you only gain 1 MMR because their MMR is so low.

Since Ubisoft clearly and understandably does not care about copper players enough to review these cases I would like to see another solution implemented. Something like if you MMR is below 0 you cannot play ranked. i am sure these people will just hover around 0 then but at least that is a start.

Sorry for the rant but I would love to see some change. I really enjoy this game but this issue is making it unplayable for me.

Hey Mctastic, welcome to the forums! This is definitely the space to rant.

Sometimes our investigations can take a bit of time to complete, and can span across multiple instances of this player being reported. As these are manually reviewed, it can take a while to get around to reporting folks for griefing.

That being said i do understand how it can feel to be continuously placed against someone whom you've already reported. Some other players have mentioned how it would be useful to have a player blocked after you've reported them, at least temporarily. How do you feel about this? Or is there another solution you had in mind?

I understand it can take a while but it has been 3 months since I first reported these people. Is that an expected amount of time?

Thank You for the response!
Blocking isn't something that can currently be done, it's just something the community has talked about a bit. Do you think this is something that would alleviate or solve the issues youre having? or do you have some different feedback on how this could be addressed?
