[2021] Crappy graphics card. Can't buy a new PC soon. A little help here?

I had a 770 about two years ago before I upgraded and it is possible to run the game and get decent frames with that card.

I'd try launching the Vulkan API for Siege. It's designed to help performance with lower spec PC, but results may vary.

Run everything at medium-low, mostly low, V-Sync off.
