When I download a replay file of a pro match, and put in the replays folder, when I open the game it disappears, thus ending up not working. Need help.

Hey @TheBeltz, thanks for getting through to us, welcome to forums and sorry to hear about the difficulty you're having with accessing Pro Replay in-game.

We do have a dedicated article about it, therefore may I double-check if you are doing everything as stated and does issue continue to persist? Also, based on your description, I understand that the replay itself is just simply not visible in the list in-game is that right?

Thanks for reaching out.

I do believe replays need to be saved to the advised folder; Ubisoft Game Launcher\ games\ Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege\ MatchReplay

While you may play via Steam, the game does still use files from the Ubisoft Game Launcher folder.

Please try saving your replays there and let us know if you still have issues.

For testing purposes, could you please create this folder and save a replay in there and let us know if it's still picked up?

This will allow us to confirm whether or not the game may be looking for files in the wrong place.

Hey @Fetre, thanks for your input there and welcome to forums! 🙂

Just to clarify, the suggested route for Match Replay folder is something that is set by default and can be adjusted, if needed to, therefore use it as an indication for the location of the files however the exact path may indeed slightly differ should there have been any amendments made prior to it.
