Just to narrow down the source of this issue, could you please confirm what platform the friend you're trying to invite plays on?

Hey @hamez0105! Thanks for elaborating.
Crossplay is currently not intended between PC and Console players, which would then result in the error code you've received. Does this also happen when you invite a PC player, or alternatively, if your friend invites friends from another console?

Cross-play is enable between Xbox and PlayStation players together, but not with PC and consoles.
