[2022] Missing audio on PC when swap to heaphones.

Sometimes i forgot and start the game on my standard speakers, so i need to swap on the headset; then the audio disappear, also if i roll back to speakers.
Only the game's audio disappear thou, the voice chat is still working and if i iconize the game and, for example, i try to wach an online video the audio work fine. i've tried everything but nothing worked.
i share my spec below maybe they will help.

OS: Windows 11 with realtek console for some audio adjustments
Steam streaming microphone and speakers are disabled
