After selecting the game, platform and categories on the Ubisoft Support "Contact Us" page, it is shown that the temporary suspensions will not be removed
Therefore, Ubisoft does not give opportunity for problems like mine. Here is my story described below:

Rainbow Six Siege (PC)
I would like to report what has been happening to me, express my frustration with the system preventing me from playing and kindly request some resolution. The problem lies in the reasons for temporary account suspension of matches by and without placement and the penalties involved.
I have this account and another secondary one. On March 6th, this account was suspended for 2 days after my internet was down at the end of a match.
Previously, on the same account, I was banned for 1 day because my hardware composition is not the best and by bug: it took a while to load and I was removed from the game to reconnect; I came across the game buggy because I couldn't reconnect (it always gave an error and I was always in the initial menu, I couldn't get out of it); restarted the game and tried to reconnect; the same bug happened; restarted the PC; I managed to start the reconnection process but the game ended at the same time and I was suspended for 1 day.
On my secondary account (VanessaDoGrau), I am suspended for 2 hours. I was suspended because my network connection failed in the last round after I was already dead. Previously, I was suspended for 1 hour for the same reason.
It is very (VERY) frustrating to want to play with friends, enjoy the game and not be able to because of being suspended due to problems, mainly, with the game itself and the management company. It's even more frustrating as most of the matches that resulted in suspensions I actively participated in.
I understand the need for an ABANDONMENT penalty system. It is clear that I have not, in fact, abandoned the matches. On the contrary: I have always sought and will seek to return to them and, in addition, I am not a toxic player, I play for pleasure and competitiveness, I play, I have fun and I concentrate. It's really, really, really frustrating not being able to play for hours and hours during the hours that are set aside to play and have fun (company purpose, no doubt).
At the end of the day, the company itself prevents me from doing what it and I want: fun, entertainment, contributing to the game.
Please, I would like to request that at least one of the suspensions be removed. I don't harm anyone's gameplay, the game contains bugs as reported, so I feel I deserve to be able to play normally.
I would also like to receive a suggestion on how best to report the issue to Ubisoft so that players don't experience this frustration and can do what the company wants them to do, which is have fun and play.
The game and Ubisoft Connect are expressly known for bugs and constant complaints. Everyone knows that by staying for so long with these characteristics, players abandon the game."
