Hey Thunderer! Sorry for the issues. I will be sharing this with the team this week. Is there any chance you could check if you have any log files?


Here's how to grab your logs:
1. In your Steam Library, right click on Enemy On Board
2. Click Properties
3. Go to the Local Files tab
4. Click Browse Local Files...
5. Open the logs folder
6. Sort by Date Modified to find your most recent file :)

Can we try out some troubleshooting to see if we can help with the connection issues you've been seeing? 

When you have the chance I'd recommend starting with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website to see how that goes. If you're still having trouble after that can you let me know which platform you play on?

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you and sorry to hear that you are experiencing connection issues with the game.

Could you tell me if you receive any specific error code? Or does it only say "Connection failed"? Does this happen during startup and / during the game? If you could also let me know on which platform you are playing the game on, I am more than happy to look into this for you!
