Hello.

Dear Ubisoft. Do something with ur server's becuse i got unavailable connection to server's while i already in a RANKED GAME MATCH, and we are already play 2-3 rounds in R6S, it's not enough that you can't connect to the servers within the game  and i need restart my game for go back ongoing match but i need to wait 2-3 min's becuse [censored] cloud saveing, and restart my game what is 2-3 min again, and i even dont know i win or lose the game, (but im think we lose) becuse of that, I GOT PENALTY FOR LEAVING EVEN IT'S NOT MY FAULT. So do someting about it or dont force UPLAY launcher on STEAM player's.

I'm sorry to see you're having some issues with getting disconnected from ranked games.

For now, please make sure you complete our connection troubleshooting for your platform, and finish the port forwarding as well.

Once those are complete, please let me know if you continue running into any connection errors. If you do disconnect again, please take a screenshot of the specific error that you receive! You can submit any screenshots as a reply in this thread.

Hi @Kpetja thanks for reporting this to us. While I do welcome you to try the troubleshooting posted above by Ubi-SleepyGoat; if you see this sort of stuck match again would you be able to provide us with a quick video clip?
