[2020] failed to load profile

There was a prooblem with the servers and the game disconnected me form my account during a ranked match. Now when i try to launch rainbow six, it pops a message saying that it was impossible to load my profile. I lost mmr, and now im banned for 24 hours and it is not my fault. Can you unban me please?

Hello ToroLoco.QuCoi,

Apologies this happened to you because of disconnecting.
Our support teams are unable to remove temporary bans as this is handled by the game automatically, we can only appeal permanent bans.

This issue happens because the local save file has become corrupt, which stores your Situations progress, settings & loadouts. The support article helps you create a new file and everything will be back up and running again
