[2021] cant login to the game even if i it doesent show that im online

i got the game on pc like 4-5 days ago on epic and try to play at first i can login but it didnt show that i have connection and got error code [3-0x00030081] and now i cant even login to the game and its not about the internet becausei can login on ps4 pls help me about it

@kynex999 Hi there, I apologize for the trouble you've been having with Rainbow Six Siege! Does this happen when launching the game, or when trying to start a match?
