Recently when I log on to see if I have gotten any of my Major charms it shows a banner reading. "An error has occurred while enabling rewards. Please contact Customer Support." I've contacted customer support with no logical response. I have no clue what this error means since it only just now has it happened. I haven't made any new twitch accounts nor have I connected any new accounts.
Hello akkun-._--e-.-, welcome to the forums, are you able to screenshot us the error you receive here for any other players that may be having the same issue?
At the moment there is an issue with Twitch Major drops not counting viewing time for some players, for others they receive a Twitch Drop notification 1 day after the Stream ends and then have a 14-18 hour wait for the drops to appear in their game after that. We are busy investigating this but have no new updates, however if you could share with us a screenshot of your error message we can add this to our report to see if this is related.
