If you're referring to the matchmaking connection error 0-0x00000001, I can assure you that your team is aware of this issue and they're currently investigating this.

In order to speed up the investigation, can you please reach our team[support.ubi.com] on our support page? It will allow our team to pass more details to the development team in order to resolve this matter as soon as it's possible.
