Been playing the game for a few years now and recently been getting a few error codes as well as some strange bugs:

error codes:

3-0x0001000b
 - el classico, probably something to do with the fact im techincally playing connected to a repeater instead of a router
 - sometimes get this error whilst not disconnecting from the game and can continue queuing
 - sometimes when i get this error, i get kicked from the game and people i queue with join the game, only to find they have a full 5 stack without me, interestingly enough i dont get any ranked disconnect penalties due to never being assigned the match in the first place
10-0x0000000 
- no clue why this happens, usually only happens after 10 pm, might be due to the fact im playing from china
- followed by me being connected to the server but own no operators (even though i own all of them) and having my operator cosmetics reset. attempting to play a match in this state means i can only play recruit
- renown and level set to 0, giving me access to newcomer mode but only play as recruit.

 - no idea whatsoever what this could mean, comes at ~ the same time as the 10-0x00000000 errors and usually only when in a lobby with someone


totally unrelated but other errors include:
-getting connected to games whilst the game never gives me a spawn location
- random disconnection during games
- random access to newcomer mode
- randomly stuck on "Validating and Updating Playlists and Properties" screen which cannot be solved without a restart of both siege as well as uplay and steam

If you're seeing a code that does not appear on our known issues list, we'd need to run through some troubleshooting to rule out any possible causes. Would you be able to tell us if you've been able to try any of the steps from our guide?
