I can't get into the game (just switched to PC), it keeps saying that there was a problem authenticating the ownership of the product. It's been doing this for a week. I contact Ubisoft over a week ago (submitted a case) and no one has answered or gotten back after they asked for my information. Do you guys know how to fix what's going on? I tried uninstalling, Siege, and Steam, but still nothing. I purchased Siege on my steam account that was connected to the wrong Siege account. I disconnected the account (and deleted it), and reconnected Siege to my main account but now I'm locked out of the game. Should I maybe just get a refund and buy Siege again on my main account and see if that works? Sorry if this confusing, just trying to get answers.
