its has nothing to do with the connection its because of the new season update

The reason I requested a video from you is to determine if the issue is already known as reported. As you mentioned that this is an ongoing occurrence, it seems that this issue has been already reported to the development team and it's currently being investigated.

In order to speed up the investigation, can you please contact our team with your diagnostic files (I provided links in one of my previous replies), so we can pass them along to the development team as well?
