Hello Jelly_Bean37,

Welcome to the Forums, I'm sorry to see you're encountering performance issues.

Thank you Muhcreedy.LLL for posting an update that you're now back up and running!

Jelly_Bean37, as noted above, high usage has looked like a factor.

Have you been able to monitor your GPU / CPU usage during these stutters and if so, is it particularly high?

Thank you!

Hey EatPsYNtAnimals,

Welcome to the Forums, sorry to hear you're also encountering issues!

Could you please try verifying the game's files and running a clean boot?
Just to ensure no bad files or conflicting programs are causing any trouble!

Let us know if there are any changes!

Hey DarkyTheDragon, thanks for your post about this - that sounds very unusual indeed!

I really appreciate you listing the steps you've already tried - that's very helpful. Can you also double-check that you've also tried a clean boot, as suggested by Ubi-TheBerry? Here's Microsoft's support article explaining this process. You'd already tried reducing the number of programs you had running, but this will make doubly sure that no other processes are interfering with the game.

If that doesn't work, please also consider contacting your ISP (or the manufacturer of your router) to have their assistance in setting up your network as per our connectivity guide's suggestions regarding UPnP, forwarding ports, and making sure you have an open NAT connection.

If still no luck, we'll be able to troubleshoot further with the help of some system files - a DxDiag.txt and an MsInfo.txt. The two articles I've linked there will show you how to find each of them.

Once you have those files, you can reach out to us via our support website, or via Facebook PM or Twitter DM, to send them across, and we'll be able to use them to investigate the issue.

Let me know if I can clarify any of these steps at all
