My R6 account was banned for cheating for no reason.... I tried to contact Ubisoft Support to appeal my ban, but since that's the first time i tried using ubisoft support. I didnt realize that i need to verify the account that time so i just waited some days and the case was closed automatically. I heard that I could only appeal a ban once so I worried that I couldn't get my account back. I still tried to contact support but everytime I received similar replys like this : (Your appeal to dispute the ban on your account was denied. Please keep in mind that Ubisoft Support has no ability to overturn a ban placed on your account following the denied appeal and no further review will be made. We are not able to share any further details with you concerning your ban in order to maintain the integrity of our internal systems. Ubisoft takes great care in ensuring that its games are fun, fair and friendly throughout. We take a firm stance against violations of the Code of Conduct, and take the preservation of our gaming environment very seriously). Im so frustrated about this. I was just playing the game like others why do i have to get banned? I have spent many hours and money on this account. I dont want these to be gone with no reason. I just wanted a fair judgement..
