I'm sorry to hear that. The abandonment sanction will still apply if you disconnect (even if it's not your fault) because there is no way for it to know if a player is making themselves disconnect on purpose to avoid an abandonment sanction if it didn't apply.

We are unable to provide anything back for getting an abandonment sanction, remove temporary suspensions, and we are also unable to modify player ranks unfortunately.

I would strongly suggest completing our connectivity troubleshooting guide in full, including port forwarding. By suggesting this, I am not meaning to say the issue lies solely with your internet -- as I understand you stated your wifi operating normally -- but I do believe there could be improvement in the connection between our online services and yours. Completing that guide will ensure that your connection is not being blocked or interrupted and that it is fully optimized. Ultimately, this will help to lessen the disconnects and abandonment penalties you experience!
