Your images look good to me. I have added the weapon skin for you manually, so you should now see it in-game

Hi everyone, if you would like us to check your account for the skin entitlement, we should be able to see if this had been added to your account on our side at least and may be able to add this to your account.

If you contact us through our support site and submit proof that you completed the challenge, we should be able to add your player names to our investigation of players affected.
