[2021] Another thread on smurfs

As we're on a new forum it's only fair to have another thread asking why Ubi does nothing about smurfs.

I just had a game ruined by 2 players on the other team both of who ran black ice/plat charms. Their KD is 1.8.

A 1.8 KD ex plat in low silver/bronze is such an obvious smurf, and such an obvious instance of someone exploiting the system and ruining the game for other people, I don't understand why this hasn't been resolved by Ubisoft by now.

Could a Ubi person reply with why nothing is being done? The new season fixes a few quality of life things which is nice, but no MMR/Ranked 2.0 is a huge disappointment, and the continued issue with smurfing/MMR exploits are going to stop me putting any more money into this game.
