I have done one thread about Teal charm not being delivered to me. But these 9 packs are new. 7 Packs still are didn't delivered since 15-16 February and 2 Packs since 21 February. In my Ubisoft inventory it shows me that I should have 21 in total, but in game I only get 12. Waiting more than week for 9 Packs is pretty long, so please check it Ubisoft.
