It just happened to me for a 3rd time this season. I was playing for a couple of hours before swapping to another game. When I restarted Siege they are all reset. The best I can tell is when I start the game up it has a server connection issue loading the main menu (same thing with Watch Dogs Legion but not other games) and has to reconnect after which it probably reverts some settings to the default.

My guess is that the outfits and headgear settings are stored server side (because they were a feature added after launch and i dont recall ever downloading them) while the gun skins and charm settings are stored console side (because several of the launch skins items required a separate download upon purchase).

I can certainly see where you're coming from about the 8-0x00001300 error potentially being the cause - this is also something our teams are currently looking into, so we'll have a solution as soon as possible.
