[2021] [Gameplay]Ping not working sometimes

I've came across a similar thread not so long ago and wanted to ask a few questions in order to get a little bit more information about this:

1. Since when did the issue start to happen? Was it possibly since latest patch?
2. I do see that you've stated that issue occurs whilst aiming or using cams after dying, but just wanted to check - is it always going to happen when this is the case or have you noticed any other steps our team could take in order to reproduce the issue?
3. When ping issues are occurring, have you noticed whether your ping is higher than usual by any chance?
4. Does this affect any-game mode or just particular ones?
