Over the past 2 days, we've had a temporarily degradation, which may have resulted in you and the opposing team not being able to continue from where you've left, however it has been resolved not long after and servers were running as intended.

As far as MMR goes, if you have lost some after not being able to proceed, I am afraid we would be unable to adjust it, regrettably.

If you do experience disconnections or connectivity related issues on regular basis, I would recommend you to try completing steps outlined in the following:

1. Xbox
2. PlayStation
