I haven't played the game in two years. I wanted to go back and look back but I'd never faced a mistake like that before. I haven't been able to play the game I've been trying to play for two days. I was thinking of buying all the newcomers, but I guess I don't have to. 

Even though it's not my fault, I can't go back to the match where I had the crash error, and that's why I get ban every time. I demand that this be corrected, at least if my problem is not going to be fixed, at least I don't want to be banned when I can't go back to games where my game crushed. I don't think it's a problem because I don't play ranked games.


NOTE: I get banned for 24 hours right now. Because the game crushed because of a problem that wasn't caused by me and it wouldn't let me come back to match. Fair enough...

Hey there @Liejosh ! I am so sorry to hear you've been unable to reconnect to matches that you've disconnected from! I can understand how frustrating this is. Do you remember what the crash error messages say, and if there are any codes shown? This can help us more acutely diagnose what could be causing the issue. When you try to reconnect, can you please describe what's happening? Also, how often are you experiencing this?
