Hey! This does indicate that chat is not open when you are trying to contact. Did you manage to message us on Facebook?

Glad to hear that you managed to get through to someone on live chat. In regard to the Renown not being displayed this can be connectivity related, however it is usually a visual issue and on the server-side you are still receiving renown.
